Week 1: Who are you REALLY-- at the core? Who have you been inside ever since you were little? The way you dress/look/talk/think changes but at the core WHO ARE YOU? Who is the soul being within you? What makes YOU, YOU? What’s at the core? Strip away all the excess and titles and nonsense This is the week in which we delve into who you are, and we empower you to really own, appreciate, and love that person with deep certainty and claim your identity and the way you want to show up in the world and for yourself..   Week 2: What did you envision for yourself when you were younger? What did you want to be when you grew up? What did you dream of? Is the trajectory of my life right now who I am meant to be? Where am I now? Where am I headed? This week, we assess your current path. Where are you currently going if nothing in your life changed? Is that where you want to be? Is it where you’re meant to be? We’ll dig into all of this, and figure out what the current plan for your life looks like, if there is one, and how that truly makes you feel.   Week 3: Desires/Goals: Go deeper- what do you TRULY want? Mental/Physical/Emotional/Spiritual/Business etc. This week is goals week! We’ll dive into the comparison of where you’re currently headed and where you would want to be if you could *poof!* change your path in an instant (hint: you can…). We’re talking desires. What you TRULY want for yourself and for your life, on all levels. You may not want what you actually think you want. Let’s find out.   Week 4: Blocks/limiting beliefs What are you afraid of? What's holding you back? Elimination and new reality visualization This week is all about what’s holding you back from those desires you laid out in week 3. What’s the obstacle there? It’s tough to acknowledge and identify what’s really holding you back; these things are layered and take time to uncover. We’re going deeeep into what’s REALLY keeping you from what you desire. And yes, how to eliminate them so they don’t keep you held down anymore!   Week 5: Gifts/Natural talents/Learned talents Archetypes/strength finders/MBPT This week is the most fun (I think). We’re talking about what you’re good at and what you love to do. The perfect path is often found at the intersection of what you love and what you’re good at. It’s hard to hate something you’re amazing at, right? So we’re going to jump into what your innate gifts are, what your learned gifts are, and how to utilize your strengths to build a purposeful path to get what you desire.   Week 6: Affirmations/Intentions - changing the path Knowing you and how you work, establishing habits/patterns for accomplishing goals and staying on track to this new path Here’s the week where the magic starts to occur. This week we’re really setting the intention and committing to ourselves that we’re going to make some serious change. We’re setting intentions and claiming our own success, in whatever form that shows up. We’re going into how you work and how to design habits and routines and systems that will set you up for success. We’ll make sure you’re held accountable and feel supported in making the changes you desire to make.   Week 7: “Implementation” getting things done, efficiency, productivity Now we act on it. This week we focus on what specifically  needs to be done to get to where you want to be. We have the desire, we have the intention, we’ve made the committment, and now we’re talking all about consistency and implementing the tools you’ve learned thus far! You’ll finally see your work come to LIFE.   Week 8: IMPACT What is the impact of changing x, y, z? What is POSSIBLE now that you know you have the ability to be exactly who you’ve always wanted to be? What is ATTAINABLE now that you KNOW in your heart that you are MEANT to be exactly who you want to be? How does THAT feel?   This week, our final week together, will be all about impact. What can you create now that you’ve made these changes, had these breakthroughs, and experienced those permanent transformations of mind, soul, and heart? How can you move forward now more confidently, clearly, and powerfully.   You have always been this person. But now you finally claim her as TRULY who you are. And that’s an awesome thing. This week we’ll go into how it truly feels to be exactly who you are, in all her glory. Time to celebrate YOU.
